Frequently Asked Questions
How early can Autism Spectrum Disorder be recognized?
Symptoms of the condition can be detected as early as eight months by a trained eye, but the signs start becoming very visible by the age of 12 to 18 months. A diagnosis is usually possible by the age of two. But there is always a chance that some children might not show signs as early and their condition may only become apparent in more demanding social situations, meaning only once they join a school.
